How to approach this question
This panel interview question tests self-reflection: whether you can show how a specific person changed the way you think or act, outside the obvious medical role models. Pick someone you know well enough to describe a concrete moment, such as a coach, grandparent, employer or teacher, rather than a famous figure you've only read about. Describe one or two scenes that show the quality you admire, with enough detail that the interviewer can picture them. Then name what you've taken from that person and show it in your own behavior with an example. Connecting that quality to the kind of physician you want to be works best as a single closing sentence rather than the focus of your answer.
