Medical School Interview & MMI Prep
The interview is where schools decide whether they can picture you as a future colleague, and the formats keep multiplying: traditional panels, the multiple mini interview (MMI), and asynchronous Kira Talent video assessments. Scholr prepares you for all of them with realistic mock interviews and specific feedback from mentors and former admissions evaluators who know what each format is really testing.
How It Works
Mock interviews
You run realistic mock interviews across the formats that matter for your schools, from traditional panels to the MMI, recorded so you and your mentor can review them together.
MMI and scenario practice
We work through the ethical scenarios, role-plays, and situational questions the MMI is built around, so the format feels familiar instead of intimidating.
Kira and video assessments
For asynchronous formats like Kira Talent, you practice timed, on-camera responses and learn to come across as warm and composed on video.
Feedback and refinement
After every session your mentor gives specific, honest feedback on both content and delivery, and you refine until your answers are clear, genuine, and yours.

The multiple mini interview is a series of short, timed stations, each with a different scenario, ethical question, or task. It rewards clear thinking and communication under pressure rather than rehearsed answers, and we practice the format until it feels routine.
Preparation is less about memorizing answers and more about building frameworks for common themes, then practicing out loud until your responses feel natural. We run mock interviews on the questions schools actually ask and refine your delivery.
Kira Talent is a timed, asynchronous video interview that many schools use to screen applicants. You record answers on your own with little time to prepare each one, so we practice the exact format until you stay composed and clear on camera.
Lead with a genuine through-line that connects who you are to why medicine, kept concise and specific rather than a resume recap. We help you build and rehearse a version that sounds like you, not a script.
Ideally as soon as you begin receiving invitations, since interview season moves quickly. Even a few focused sessions make a real difference, and starting early gives you room to practice multiple formats.
