How to approach this question
This panel interview question tests whether you can move past a quick yes and define what a right to health care would actually require of a society. Take a clear position, then explain what you think the right should include, such as access to basic care, emergency care, mental health support and protection from financial ruin. Consider who pays and what the trade-offs are, since every system limits access in some way, whether through waiting, cost or what it covers. Compare how different countries handle it, including the US and Canada, without claiming any one system is perfect. End with a clear statement of what you'd include, what you'd leave out, and why.
