How to approach this question

This panel interview question tests self-awareness and resilience, specifically how your sense of worth holds up when you're surrounded by peers who are just as capable. Acknowledge honestly that the shift could be hard, instead of claiming it won't affect you. Draw on a past experience where you moved into a stronger group, and describe how you adjusted. Explain how you'd measure success by your own growth and by the patients you'll serve, instead of by rank. Mention the supports you'd use, such as classmates, mentors and wellness resources, and show that you see working alongside strong peers as an advantage.
