How to approach this question
This panel interview question tests whether you understand what physicians need beyond science, and whether you can argue for one priority with clear reasons. Choose a topic connected to a gap you've seen yourself, such as communicating with patients from different backgrounds, the cost of care, working on a team, or physician wellbeing. Describe what the course would teach in concrete terms and how students would practice it. Explain who would benefit, including patients, and why the gap matters enough to earn a place in a crowded curriculum. Acknowledge a reasonable objection, such as whether the skill can be taught in a classroom at all. Ground your answer in an experience of your own rather than a slogan.
