Prompt
You work at a small design firm, and your team of five has spent three weeks preparing a campaign for a client whose account keeps the firm in business. During planning, you argued for a different concept, and the team voted 4 to 1 for the one your team lead preferred. You still believe it is the weaker idea. Your team lead now asks you to present it to the client tomorrow, because you are the strongest presenter and she has a family commitment she cannot move. She tells you, "I need you to sell it like you believe in it." What would you do?

How to approach this question
This MMI station tests whether you can commit to a group decision you voted against without being dishonest with the client or resentful toward your team. Recognize that the vote was fair, your team lead has a real constraint, and the firm depends on this account. Separate presenting the idea well from claiming beliefs you don't hold, and explain how you'd present its genuine strengths with full effort. Consider raising your concern once more with the lead before tomorrow, privately and briefly, and then accepting her answer. State clearly whether you'll present and how. If the station puts you on the spot about your honest opinion in front of the client, look for a reply that stays truthful while staying loyal to your team.
