Nine Medical School Acceptances

The starting point

Sheilan came to Scholr for help fine-tuning an application she had already put real work into. What she needed was someone who could tell her precisely what it still needed and what to sharpen.

What changed

Two things stood out to her. The turnaround was fast, and her questions actually got answered. She had friends who used other medical school consulting companies and did not get the same experience: the feedback they described was vague enough that it was not much use.

She could see the gap directly. Comparing her friends' essays to hers, she says there was a very clear cut difference.

The result

Sheilan was accepted to nine medical schools. The writing skill outlasted the application: now in her first year, she is using it for club leadership applications, and her classmates are asking her for help with theirs.
